Duo-flex Bow Mold

This mold is inspired by the Wilcox Duo-flex bow design.  It is not an exact replica, but is designed to create a working recurve limb that "unfurls" as the bow comes to full draw.  An incredibly efficient design when tillered correctly.  This particular mold comes as a self-contained system with binding pegs that are integral with the mold itself negating the need for an underlying clamping jig (although the jig comes in very handy when it comes to concentrating bindings at the riser section.) Designed to produce a bow up to 64" TtT. Constructed of 1.5" wide MDF and able to break down for convenient storage.  All surfaces are smooth and cut to precision flat and level surfaces to prevent twisting.  Includes the riser template pictured.
