Refund policy
**Limited Warranty for Meadowlark Adventure Gear Ltd. Hand-Made Custom Archery Bows and Arrows**
Meadowlark Adventure Gear Ltd. is committed to delivering high-quality, hand-crafted archery bows and arrows designed to meet the needs of our valued customers. We stand behind the craftsmanship and materials used in our products and offer the following limited warranty:
**Warranty Coverage:**
We warrant that our hand-made custom archery bows and arrows will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser ("Warranty Period").
**Warranty Details:**
During the Warranty Period, Meadowlark Adventure Gear Ltd. will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace, without charge, any product found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
**Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:**
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the product
- Modifications or alterations made to the product by anyone other than Meadowlark Adventure Gear Ltd.
- Failure to follow care and maintenance instructions provided by Meadowlark Adventure Gear Ltd.
**Making a Warranty Claim:**
To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact Meadowlark Adventure Gear Ltd. and provide proof of purchase. Our team will assess the claim and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include repair or replacement.
**Limitation of Liability:**
In no event shall Meadowlark Adventure Gear Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective product as provided in this warranty statement.
**Disclaimer:**
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
By purchasing and using our hand-made custom archery bows and arrows, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this limited warranty.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
